Air-fried tortilla chips
With this quick and easy recipe you can have tortilla chips in under 10 minutes! Serve them with your favourite salsa, guacamole, queso, hummus or sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar for a delicious, sweet version.
For the tortilla chips:
3 medium, 7” flour tortillas
canola baking spray or canola oil
sea salt for sprinkling or 1 Tbsp granulated sugar mixed with 1/2 tsp cinnamon for sweet version
Preheat air fryer to 350F
Cut tortillas into quarters and cut each quarter into 3 pieces giving you a total of 12 triangles per tortilla
Place tortillas into a bowl and spray with canola spray; toss to coat.
Transfer to a parchment lined tray and spread tortillas in an even layer, cooking in batches if necessary so they don’t overlap
Bake for 5-7 minutes or until golden brown.
Transfer to cooling rack (they will crisp up as they cool) Enjoy!
Note: can be baked in the oven at 400F and increase baking time to 10-12 min
